How do I book a session?
Visit our Booking Page to check availability and reserve your time. After you book, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We’ll also follow up if we need anything else from you before your session.
Where are you located?
We’re at 1025 Westhaven Blvd, Franklin, TN. Please note that we’re appointment-only—so make sure to book online or contact us in advance.
Do I get help during my session?
Yes! Every session includes a Content Room engineer who handles setup, recording, and file delivery. You focus on creating—let us take care of the tech.
How is audio recorded?
We use professional-grade multitrack recording, meaning each microphone has its own isolated, studio-quality WAV file. You’ll also get a stereo mixdown and a backup audio recording for safety.
How is video recorded?
We capture isolated video from each Blackmagic camera, then deliver an edited file that switches angles based on who’s speaking. You’ll also get the raw camera files if requested. We can add intros, outros, graphics, and even livestream to your platform of choice. 4k isolated video is available on request
Can I bring in a remote guest?
Yes! We support remote guests via Zoom, Riverside.fm, or Streamyard. We’ll integrate their video and audio right into your session.
When and how do I get my files?
We deliver all files via a private cloud folder within 24–72 hours. Need them faster? Let us know and we’ll do our best. Files are archived for 30 days.
What comes with a video session?
Standard deliverables include:
A switched-camera edited video
Balanced stereo audio
Raw video files from each camera
Raw audio tracks from each mic
How many people can I bring?
We can accommodate up to four on-camera guests. Off-camera guests or producers are welcome to sit in (space permitting) or observe from the lobby.
Do you offer editing or publishing?
Yes. We offer full editing services at $125/hour of recorded content, including trimming, music, transitions, graphics, and formatting for upload. We also create vertical clips and can publish to all platforms.
Can I change the studio layout?
Absolutely. Choose between table or lounge seating, standing or seated setups, and change the lighting to match your brand.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, we offer free guest WiFi. You’ll be set up when you arrive.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Drinks are welcome. Feel free to bring food—just be respectful of the shared space. Our fridge is stocked with drinks—help yourself!
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes! Some walkable options include:
Scouts Pub, Kokomo Trading Co., Fika, High Brow Coffee, and Coal Town Pizza. We can also help coordinate catering for longer sessions.

How do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations will incur a 40% fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
What if I’m late?
Email us immediately if you're running late. We’ll do our best to adjust your session. Arrivals 30+ minutes late without notice will result in a canceled session and full charge.
Can I go over my session time?
If your session runs over by 15+ minutes, overage fees apply:
$250/hr for video
$150/hr for audio
Please exit the studio within 5 minutes of your scheduled end time.
What’s the parking situation?
Free parking is available on-site in any open space.

Any general studio rules?
Yes. Please review our guidelines:
Let us know in advance if you have special needs or requests.
You’re responsible for any damage to the space or equipment.
Minors must be supervised at all times.
Keep lobby noise to a minimum during sessions.
No smoking, illegal substances, or firearms allowed.
We maintain a safe, inclusive space for all. Harassment or harmful content won’t be tolerated
